The University of Arizona (UA) and University Physicians Healthcare (UPH) have developed new residency programs to bring much needed medical care to the rural areas of Southern Arizona. Come help us provide vital medical services to the area's small communities, many with large Hispanic and Native American populations.

Our new program gives you an opportunity to gain individualized training in a highly supportive environment. You will be guided by renowned physicians at the forefront of medical research and have the full support of UPH's exceptional clinical staff. This is your chance to work with state-of-the-art technology in a modern facility while also gaining experience from a wide variety of medical situations.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to train in a highly personal, supportive environment. Our initial student-to-faculty ratio will be close to one-to-one, giving you the attention you need to become an exceptional physician. You will also be a very important part of developing an outstanding program to meet the needs of new physicians now and for years to come.
