Family Medicine Center

The cornerstone of the outpatient experience for residents in the University of Arizona UPHK GME Consortium Family Medicine Residency program is the UPHK Family Medicine Center.

Our family physicians care for patients of all ages from a variety of ethnic backgrounds, with a wide range of healthcare needs.  We see patients for both acute and chronic healthcare needs, including infants and children for well-child and pediatric illnesses, as well as geriatric patients with often a complex variety of medical problems.

Our physicians offer a spectrum of dermatologic and gynecologic procedures.  We offer on-site PT/INR testing, and will soon have spirometry available for more effective management of our patients with asthma and COPD.  We are proud of the ever growing services our clinic provides to patients in need.

Our clinic is busy, though the work is enjoyable because we take time not only for our patients, but for one another.  We are blessed with a friendly and dedicated nursing staff who complement the compassionate, effective care provided by our physicians.  The physicians involved with the Family Care Center have experience in almost every aspect of outpatient medicine including private practice, community health centers, governmental and academic practice environments.
