Dr. John KettelleDr. Kettelle is an expert in bariatric (weight-loss) surgeries. In fact, to date he has performed over 350 bariatric operations, including Lap-Band procedures. His surgical skill is matched by his knowledge and insight in helping patients decide if surgery is right, and helping them achieve their weight-loss goals in their life after surgery.
John Kettle, M.D. is a graduate of the University of California, Davis. He completed his residency at San Joaquin General Hospital in California. This was followed by a one-year fellowship at one of the busiest bariatric centers in the country, Central California Institute for Minimally Invasive Surgery.
Dr. Kettelle is a board certified general surgeon. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons.
