Arthroscopy
Arthroscopy is a minimally invasive surgical procedure used to repair a damaged joint. During the operation, the surgeon makes three small incisions and uses an arthroscope, or very small camera, to examine the joint and make any repairs necessary. The small incisions allow for a quicker recovery and return to normal activity for each patient.

Ligament and Tendon Healing
With advances in technology, surgeons are able to perform many ligament and tendon repairs arthroscopically as well as with traditional surgery. Some of the treatments we offer for ligament and tendon injuries or ailments are:

  • Shoulder: shoulder instability surgery, rotator cuff repair, biceps tendonitis, AC joint arthritis, impingement, bursitis, thrower's shoulder

  • Knee: ACL reconstruction, meniscal repair, multi-ligament knee injuries, dislocation, patellofemoral pain and instability, patellar tendonitis

  • Foot and Ankle: lateral ankle instability, Achilles tendonitis, ankle replacement, posterial tibial tendonitis, ankle arthritis, ankle cartilage injuries
