Visiting Hours: 10:00am - 8:00pm daily

General Information:
Please limit visitors in a patient's room to two at a time.

Visitors under the age of 12 are permitted, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

The Information Desk on the second level near the main entrance can provide directions, notary services and information about nearby hotels.

For the safety and health of all patients, exterior exits are locked after 8:00pm.

Please do not call patient rooms before 7:00am or after 9:00pm.

Parking:
Plenty of free parking is available in lots to the north and east of the hospital.

Waiting Areas:
Comfortable lobbies for visitors of patients in Surgery or the Intensive Care Unit are located on the second level of the hospital near the main entrance.

Dining:
Full hot and cold meals, salads, light snacks and beverages are available to hospital guests at affordable prices at the AllSpice Café. The café is on the first floor of the hospital. Meals are served seven days a week from 7:00am - 10:00am, 11:15am - 1:45pm and 4:45pm - 7:15pm. For a daily menu, call (520) 874-1100. The café accepts only cash.

Patient meal times are 8:30am, 12:30pm and 5:30pm.

Gift Shop:
The gift shop is on the second level of the hospital near the main entrance. Snacks and beverages, books and magazines, seasonal items, personal hygiene products, toys and jewelry are available for purchase at the gift shop. Mon - Fri: 9:00am - 4:00pm.

Flowers:
Flowers can be delivered to patients at University Physicians Hospital, 2800 E. Ajo Way. Please include the patient's full name and room number in the delivery.

Chapel:
Located on the second level near the main entrance, the chapel is open from 8:00am - 8:00pm to provide patients and visitors a quiet place for prayer and reflection.

ATM:
An Automated Teller Machine (ATM) is located on the first floor of the hospital just inside the entrance of the AllSpice Café.

Smoking:
For the health, wellness and comfort of our patients, visitors and staff, UPH has adopted the clean air policy.  As of May 1st, smoking is prohibited on our property except for in three officially posted designated smoking areas.

These changes have also been made to be consistent with the Smoke Free Arizona Act A.R.S. § 36-601.01 2006. Violations of the Smoke Free Arizona Act can result in fines of $500 and $5,000.
