Notification of State Licensing Board

The Program Director, the Department Head, the Dean for Academic Affairs or his/her designee, or the Associate Dean for Graduate Medical Education may be required to notify either the Arizona Medical Board or the Arizona Board of Osteopathic Examiners when a resident has been disciplined under these Guidelines.
