PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The University of Arizona and University Physicians Healthcare are developing new residency programs with an emphasis on rural and medically underserved areas. These programs are unique in that they hope to feature training in telemedicine and offer rotations for residents interested in either generalist or specialty programs in a variety of rural and medically underserved settings.  The University of Arizona/UPHK Graduate Medical Education Consortium programs are expected to begin in July 2008.
