THE UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA MEDICAL CENTER - SOUTH CAMPUS AND OUTPATIENT CLINICS Sarah Frost Administrator of The University of Arizona Medical Center - South Campus Sarah, who has worked in health care for more than a decade and has been with The University of Arizona Medical Center – South Campus since 2004, was named to the position in January 2012 after a nationwide search. She had been the interim administration since September 2011. She had previously served as associate administrator and chief administrative officer for the South Campus. She was responsible for directing the operational planning and development of several new construction projects and programs including a new emergency department, gastroenterology lab, outpatient clinics and the Behavioral Health Pavilion, which offers comprehensive behavioral health-care services in Pima County. Frost also has served as the hospital’s primary liaison to Pima County officials. Jean Fedigan Chief Nursing Officer Jean Fedigan directs the nursing and clinical operations of The University of Arizona Medical Center - South Campus. Prior to her promotion to Chief Nursing Officer, Jean was responsible for the financial and clinical operations of the outpatient clinics located at South Campus. Prior to joining The University of Arizona Medical Center in 2005, Jean was the Director of Patient Care Services at Health South Rehabilitation Institute of Tucson where she was responsible for all inpatient unit operations including supervision of Pharmacy, Respiratory, Radiology and Dietary. She also worked at Tucson Medical Center from 1993 to 2001 in progressively responsible clinical and management roles. Jean earned her associate degree in nursing from Pima Community College, her bachelor's degree in Nursing from University of Phoenix and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix. |
